When will my item be dispatched?

All items purchased before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.

How long will it take to arrive?

All our items are posted using Royal Mail first class and include tracking information.
We always pay for the next day service and Royal Mail do their best to adhere to this.

What if it arrives damaged?

Every item is securely packaged inside a box for protection.
However should your item arrive visibly damaged please photograph it and contact us and we can advise the replacement process.

What if I miss delivery?

Royal Mail will hold your item at your local collection point when your ready.

Can I collect my item in person?
